Alishan Steamboat

Alishan High Mountain Oolong Tasting notes: Wild orchid, spring vegetables with comforting milky undertones. Satisfyingly broth-like with refreshing light finish. Ali Shan is one of the most popular and reasonably priced of the High Mountain Oolong teas. Grown on the slopes of the famous tea growing region of Ali Shan mountain in Central Taiwan, it is Taiwan’s top exported High Mountain Oolong tea.

Benevolent Goddess

Anxi Zheng Wei Tie Guan Yin Tasting notes: Creamy and zesty spinach, honeysuckle, sea air, with a satisfying warm slate and stone fruit finish. A fantastic morning tea.

Cream Dumpling

Wild Fu’an Da Bai Tasting notes: Zhenge white tea that is more reminiscent of an aged white tea. Vanilla, milk, cinnamon, complimented with light herby notes and a thick, warming mouthfeel. The ~5g bundles are perfect for solo tea sessions and long infusions or cold brews. Since the leaves are larger, thicker, and the stems are more plentiful, this tea can take a little time waking up when brewed but it is surprisingly long-lasting. Cut the twine off before adding the bundles to the brewing vessel and watch them unfold.

Delicate Diversion

Chou Shi “Duckshit” Oolong Tasting notes: Orchid, melon, lychee giving a unique orange-yellow liquor. A mineral-forward, sweet and aromatic finish.

Dragon Gift

Bao Hong Dragon Well Tasting notes: Deeply textured and savoury with notes of cream, spinach, oven baked zucchini. A cooling mineral and slightly fruity finish. Suits cold brewing as well as hot. Picked early in Spring 2025, this offering creates a unique version of Dragon Well tea.

Shan Lin Xi Oolong Tasting notes: Buttery zucchini flower, gardenia, petrichor/spring rain. A bright, delicate but lingering mineral and charcoal finish.

Forest Punch

Yunnan Old Tree Hong Cha Tasting notes: Blackberry tart, caramel, honey, malt. Lively and warming with a light, sweet, slightly mineral finish. Old Tree Yunnan Black Tea (Golden Tip) is hand-picked from old tea trees aged 200-300 years.

Four Seasons Source

Organic Four Seasons High Mountain Oolong Tasting notes: Peaches, apricots, papaya, sweet cream, honey, gardenia and spinach. Silky soft texture with mild mineral finish. Works well as a cold summer tea. A unique premium grade Four Season Oolong. Unlike most Taiwan origin Four Seasons teas that are grown in lower elevation tea gardens, this High Mountain Four Seasons tea is grown at an elevation of 1850m (6,070ft). The certified Organic tea garden is situated along the Western border of Guangxi, near Yunnan. The tea garden and processing is excellently managed by an ex-Taiwanese tea grower and tea maker. The tea is a lightly oxidized fresh oolong with a light/medium roast.

Frosted Summit

Dong Ding High Mountain Tasting notes: Clean & light organic oolong; roast chestnuts, white pepper, bitter melon and dense floral notes. Smooth and oily mouthfeel with a light roast bite. This is an outstanding Dong Ding Oolong! Unlike most Taiwan origin Dong Dings that are grown in lower elevation tea gardens, this High Mountain Dong Ding tea is grown at an elevation of 1850m (6,070ft). GABA Oolong Tasting notes: Sweet butternut pumpkin, toffee apples, full rich, lingering mouthfeel. Gorgeous. We offer two levels of GABA, from different regions in Taiwan. Gold Hue Acolyte is the more affordable, everyday option.

Gold Hue Magus

GABA Oolong Tasting notes: Ripe apricots, leatherwood honey, baked orange, woody dryness, slight tannin finish. This is our premium GABA offering, very much a top shelf example of this style. A stunning tea.

Golden Eyebrow

Jin Jun Mei Tasting notes: Rock honey, sweet earthy slate, malted biscuits, violets and lilac. Strong but smooth and mellow with deep aftertaste. Jin Jun Mei is a new Chinese black tea that was created in 2005 in Tong Mu Village of Wuyi. Though it is not a historic famous tea, it has become one of the best sellers in China and some hold it as one of the best Chinese black teas.

Green Dream

Golden Green Tasting notes: Deeply textured and savoury with notes of cream, spinach, oven baked zucchini. A cooling mineral and slightly fruity finish. Suits cold brewing as well as hot.

Honey Spear

Yunnan Wild Hong Cha Tasting notes: Fermented dried plum, cacao, orchid, forest honey and a sweet, smooth, cooling finish. Crafted from 100 to 200 year-old trees of the small-leafed purple varietal. With it’s unique flavour profile and signature needle shape, the wild character of this tea is unmistakable. This tea yields a perfectly balanced interplay of floral, sweet, and cooling forest notes that linger long after the last sip.

Humble Tong Mu

Tongmuguan Unsmoked Tasting notes: Buttery smoked wood, lilac, orange liquor, browned berry pastry. Light but full in the mouth with a complimentary minerality and satisfying huigan (“returning sweetness”) at the back of the throat.
