Cream Dumpling

Wild Fu’an Da Bai Tasting notes: Zhenge white tea that is more reminiscent of an aged white tea. Vanilla, milk, cinnamon, complimented with light herby notes and a thick, warming mouthfeel. The ~5g bundles are perfect for solo tea sessions and long infusions or cold brews. Since the leaves are larger, thicker, and the stems are more plentiful, this tea can take a little time waking up when brewed but it is surprisingly long-lasting. Cut the twine off before adding the bundles to the brewing vessel and watch them unfold.

Organic Four Seasons High Mountain Oolong Tasting notes: Peaches, apricots, papaya, sweet cream, honey, gardenia and spinach. Silky soft texture with mild mineral finish. Works well as a cold summer tea. A unique premium grade Four Season Oolong. Unlike most Taiwan origin Four Seasons teas that are grown in lower elevation tea gardens, this High Mountain Four Seasons tea is grown at an elevation of 1850m (6,070ft). The certified Organic tea garden is situated along the Western border of Guangxi, near Yunnan. The tea garden and processing is excellently managed by an ex-Taiwanese tea grower and tea maker. The tea is a lightly oxidized fresh oolong with a light/medium roast.
