This premium light roast High Mountain Oolong (Gaoshan Cha) is grown in the famous Xeitou tea growing region at an altitude of 1,600m (5,250ft). Its delightfully smooth, creamy taste and complex undertones makes it a favourite Goashan Cha for many Taiwanese High Mountain Oolong tea drinkers as well as many discerning tea drinkers internationally.

Being a tightly rolled tea, we advise giving the leaves a hot rinse to “wake” them up before the first steeping.
