Refund and Returns Policy

BeingwithTea sells product of the highest quality and we do everything we can to ensure it arrives to you in premium condition. Should any item you purchase prove to be damaged or defective (we may ask for photo evidence) we will replace or refund the item up to 20 days from the day the item was dispatched to you.

If your refund or return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days of approving the refund.
