Using the same picking and rolling technique as for the green version, this black tea is characterized by its tight curled snail shape.

It offers a similar experience to a high quality Dian Hong but with a warmer character and less depth and intensity to the tannins.

Gong Fu Brewing:

4g per 100ml water at 90-95°. First infusion 25s; subsequent infusions +5s.

Western Brewing:

0.8g per 100ml water at 90-95°. First infusion 2m; subsequent infusions +30s.
