Yihong Hong Cha Tasting notes: Buttery dark chocolate, smoky coffee, dry tropical hardwood. Oily smooth mouthfeel and mild slate mineral finish.

White Jade

Anji Baicha Tasting notes: A tea that blurs the boundary between green and white. Citrus butter, sauteed courgette, and a hint of pine resin. Refreshing, cooling and light – a perfect summer tea, brewed either hot or cold. Picked early in the season with a very short window. The pickings – generally bud and one leaf – must be harvested before they get too green and lose their signature flavour.

Wild Apothecary

Wild Tree Purple Tasting notes: A layered and smooth tea with bright tropical floral notes, hint of sugarcane. Some savoury notes to start then with an emerging medicinal herbal edge. The initial bitterness present in this tea has now transformed into fruit sweetness with a long lasting syrupy aftertaste.

Wild Garden

Wen Shan Bao Zhong Oolong Tasting notes: Buttery, garden herbs, hint of nuts, with a sweet floral aroma. This is a lightly oxidized and roasted oolong that approaches a green tea but with sweeter flavour and thicker texture.

Wild King Peony

Wild Bai Mu Dan Tasting notes: Fragrant Spring flowers, sprouts, dry hay, cinnamon, fresh clay and nutty milkiness. Smooth, clean and slightly mineral finish.

Woodland Dusk

Gushu Dianhong Tasting notes: Pecan pie, rye toast, baked oranges, and a soothing, malty woodland creek finish.
