This is a unique tea which is made from the Assamica Dehongensis Wild Tree Purple varietal tea (ye sheng cha) growing in Jinggu county. The tea grows wild and is only harvested in Marchand was processed using the same technique used for Yue Guang Bai: the leaves wilt briefly before being put into a long wind tunnel tube, where the action of air movement gradually halts the oxidation of the tea.

Gong Fu Brewing:

5g per 100ml water at 95°. First infusion 20s, subsequent infusions +5s.

Western Brewing:

1g per 100ml water at 95°. First infusion 2m; subsequent infusions +60s.
