A mildly fermented white tea. This pick from Panxi Village is Mudan Wang, meaning King Peony.  This is one of the three main grades of Baimudan: Baimudan Wang (king white peony) consists of almost entirely buds and small leaves, Baimudan Jipin (exceptional grade white peony) consists of one bud and one or two leaves, while Baimudan (white peony) consists of one bud and two or even three leaves. This tea can be comfortably aged and the flavours will continue to develop. Store loose at min. 50% humidity (pref. 62%) in an airtight container.
