Anji Baicha
Tasting notes: A tea that blurs the boundary between green and white. Citrus butter, sauteed courgette, and a hint of pine resin. Refreshing, cooling and light – a perfect summer tea, brewed either hot or cold.
Picked early in the season with a very short window. The pickings – generally bud and one leaf – must be harvested before they get too green and lose their signature flavour.
