Tasting Sessions

Gongfu tea tasting sessions with pure leaf tea offer a multisensory journey that transforms a simple beverage into a deeply rewarding ritual. By engaging all five senses—from observing the texture of dried leaves to “slurping” for full aeration—you can unlock complex flavour profiles that remain hidden in standard brewing.

We offer the following sessions types:

Summer and Spring – 2 white and 2 green teas, and a bonus tea.

Autumn and Winter – 2 oolong and 2 black teas, and a bonus tea.

Sessions are currently hosted at your place and are available on the basis of $45.00 per person for 2 – 6 people for Wanaka, Hawea, Luggate or Cromwell (min. $135.00 if less than 3 people). Sessions will run about 90 minutes.

Also available for Queenstown, Arrowtown or Alexandra for 6 people or $240.00 if less than 6.
